INFAMOUS MID CITY EYESORE GOES TO PLANNING COMMISSION

Wednesday, October 22, 2014, the Planning Commission will hear Agenda Item # 7-A regarding the unfinished Dupont Tyvek gift-wrapped building located at Broadway and Stanford (3004 Broadway).  This development has been in the works since 1997 and anyone who has been on Broadway during this time period knows exactly where it is located and what it looks like.  The owner wishes to re-activate the building permit and in addition is asking for a variance as the building is no longer code compliant.  This variance would enable the developer to build without providing the required set-backs and parking.  Take a look and if you have an opinion send it to the Planning Commissioners, or come on down and be part of the action.
