 The Twilight Summer Concert Series returns to the Santa Monica Pier every Thursday night @ 7 p.m. beginning July 11th through September 12th. Alternative rockers "Surfer Blood" headline the inaugural concert. The English Beat, Nick Waterhouse, Xavier Rudd and Jimmy Cliff are just a few of the other headliners.
