May 4, 2013 -- "Save the Civic" Group Holds Strategy Session

Members of the "Save the Civic Auditorium" Group held a strategy session Saturday.  The group formed months ago after the City Council voted to mothball the Landmark.  The "Save the Civic" group is seeking solutions which will restore the Civic Auditorium as a vibrant cultural and community hub and preserve its landmark architecture.  The group believes any financially feasible proposal from government, non-profit, business or hybrid entities should be considered.
