What is cryotherapy?Whole Body Cryotherapy is one of the fastest-growing, holistic, wellness solutions that promotes natural healing at the cellular level. By exposing yourself to temperatures around -167°F with nitrogen vapor in our CryoSauna for up to three minutes, your body protects your internal organs by pushing blood to the core where it circulates, keeping your core temperature intact while your blood picks up vital nutrients. After exiting the CryoSauna, blood recirculates back into your outer extremities. Cryotherapy participants say they experience a multitude of health benefits.

ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE! TUE SEP 15TH @ 7P - ZOON INFO INSIDE

9/13/2020

Dear Members,
This is a reminder that our September public board meeting is Tuesday at 7:00 pm.  It will also be our ANNUAL MEETING where we elect board members for three year terms.  Members will also be asked this year to vote on a resolution to Adopt A Racial Equity Statement for the organization.

One current member will still be running (Ellen Hannan) but two would rather not.  Daniel Galamba will also be running for a seat on the board.  Our topic for this year will be
"HOW TO BE AN ANTI-RACIST NEIGHBORHOOD". Please click on the links in the agenda before the meeting so you can be better prepared for the discussion.  Ugh!  Homework!  I know, but you do care, don't you?

To vote in our Annual Meeting you must reside within our boundaries and have paid your dues between Thanksgiving 2019 and August 18, 2020.  We are working on a process of verifying eligible voters during the course of the meeting.  If you are a paying member but don't reside within the area between Lincoln & Centinela and Colorado & Santa Monica, we thank you greatly for your support but you cannot vote at our meeting.  (Proxy voting is not allowed.)

Below is the information that you will need to join the meeting by computer or by phone:

To join by computer all you need to do is click on this link:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83898347879

To join us by Phone (landline or non-smart mobile):
Dial this Phone Number 1 (669) 900-6833
Then enter this Meeting ID Number: 838 9834 7879 and #

We hope to see then!
