HOW MUCH MORE TRAFFIC? 7,000 more new car trips a day, impacting more than 29 intersections. HOW BIG? The proposed project consists of at least 5 buildings, stretching along the north side of Olympic all the way from 26th Street to 28th/Stewart (the length of 4 football fields). It will cover 7 acres with 5 buildings up to 86 feet in height. (765,000 square feet – 50% larger than Santa Monica Place and nearly 4 times larger than the existing Papermate building. WHAT CAN YOU DO? Join fellow citizens to oppose this planning disaster. WHERE?
